CDM
Establish the durable concepts that matter to the business and how they relate—customers, vendors, employees, products, services, orders, accounts, and the rest—independent of any one application or database.
LDM
Define the information needed to represent those concepts consistently: attributes, grain, relationships, rules, history, and shared definitions. The goal is common business meaning, not exhaustive documentation.
Raw Data Mapping
Map actual operational data to the logical model. Connect accounting, CRM, POS, payroll, spreadsheets, databases, and APIs to the agreed definitions—and expose gaps, conflicts, quality problems, and source-system limits.
Constellation
Transform mapped information into a trusted analytical constellation of reusable facts and dimensions. This governed foundation supports financial intelligence, management reporting, metrics, BI, and later information products.
Agentic Consumption
Create purpose-built consumption models from that constellation for AI and agents. Where practical, resolve joins, grain, definitions, and deterministic rules before information reaches an agent.
