Website and customer experience
Situation. The public website no longer matches how the business actually serves customers. Information is hard to find, requests arrive by phone and email, and staff re-enter the same details into other systems.
Approach. We look at the customer journey and the business behind it: what customers need to do, what staff do next, and which systems already hold orders, schedules, or relationships. A website may be the visible starting point for a broader systems improvement.
What changes. A clearer customer experience and fewer broken handoffs. Integration happens when it creates measurable value—not because a new website is treated as a standalone web project.
